Launch of RushBet online casino and sports betting in Mexico

Rush Street Interactive announced on Thursday that its online casino and sportsbook, RushBet, is now live in Mexico and will officially launch on June 30.

The deal comes a few years after Rush Street was the first US gaming company to launch a regulated online sportsbook in Latin America with RushBet.co in 2018. This platform was recognized as Sportsbook Operator of the Year at SBCs Latinoamerica Awards in 2021.

With this launch in Mexico, there are now, according to Rush Street, 130 million potential players aged 18 and over who can create an account on its mobile app or RushBet.mx.

Games that will be available

At the online casino, RushBet offers over 350 slots, table games and live dealer games. Live dealer games are developed by game development company Evolution.

Rush Street says that live dealer games “combine the convenience and ease of online gaming with the reliable, social aspect of being at real tables with real dealers in real time.”

At the online sports betting site, Mexican players can bet on top international soccer/soccer leagues including Liga MX, NFL, MLB, NBA, and more.

The online sports betting platform also allows live streaming “on a wide variety of sports from around the world”.

Some other features include a loyalty program, an “intuitive yet innovative” user interface, “high transaction performance and speed, and automated withdrawal approvals.”

RushBet has been recognized for the professionalism and reliability of its customer service, having been named “Best in the Industry” at the EGR North America Awards.

RushBet is available for iOS and Android users, with the app available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store respectively.

“We are excited to build on RSI’s track record of success in Latin America to now bring the millions of Mexican gaming enthusiasts into the growing RushBet community,” RSI Chief Executive Officer Richard Schwartz said in a statement. hurry. “We will provide the same top-notch products and the same trusted services that our players in other markets, like Colombia, where we are in the top 3 for amounts wagered, expect and enjoy.

“At RushBet, we always put the player experience first – focusing on earning and retaining player trust, whether through our range of proprietary betting options, fast payouts and easy or efficient and helpful customer support, which is why we are confident that RushBet will become one of the preferred destinations for online casinos and sports betting in Mexico.

Rush Street’s partner to make the launch work

Rush Street partnered with Grupo Multimedios, a Mexican media conglomerate, to make this launch possible. The partnership has a 25-year agreement that allows the online casino and sportsbook to operate nationwide. Rush Street may also “leverage” media companies’ “extensive array of media assets and distribution channels for promotional and content integration purposes.”

Grupo Multimedios has an 89-year history and spans multiple sectors including media, sports, entertainment, wines, food, retail and real estate. Assets span television, radio, print, billboard and digital, including Mediotiempo, “a digital sports property attracting over 7 million unique users per month.”

Additionally, Grupo Multimedios’ home base is in Monterrey. Yet it spread across the country, including holding stakes in sports teams such as the Sultanes de Monterrey, a team in the Mexican baseball leagues, and Fuerza Regia, a professional basketball team.

“Grupo Multimedios is one of the most respected media companies in Mexico, making it an excellent partner to launch and accelerate our online gaming operations in the country,” Schwartz said. “Mexico represents an attractive market opportunity, with a population of over 130 million. Combined with Colombia’s population of 50 million, this new market significantly expands RSI’s offering in Latin America.

“It’s very exciting to launch with RSI and bring the first major US-based online operator to Mexico,” Angel Cong, co-CEO of Multimedios, said in the release. “RSI has a proven track record in the North American and Colombian online casino and sports betting markets, and together we will leverage our media assets to achieve the same goal in Mexico. Our goal is to work with RSI to create the best and most trusted online casino and sportsbook experience in the Mexican market.
